Spiritual Support

We recognise that Faith and spiritual matters can be important and integral matters for some people living with HIV. For others they may have no relevance at all. Here at Cara we value and work with and for people of all faiths and none. Our faith related services include:

Communion services

Monthly communion services at our women's and open access peer support goups. Please check our Groups page for more details.

Spiritual retreat

Annual mid-week retreat to Buckfast Abbey in the beautiful Devon countryside. Run in partnership with our friends at London Ecumenical AIDS Trust.

Events

Occasional special events at historic Westminster Abbey. Summer service followed by a party in one of the beautiful gardens, and World AIDS Day service followed by drinks in one of the stunning Abbey houses.
