Friday Support Group
Every Friday 11.30am 4.30pm CARA Centre
This group is open to positive people and offers:
- Monthly programme of activities
- Individual support with staff and volunteers
- Complementary Therapies
- Meditation Session
- Lunch served at 1.30pm
- Access to Internet and IT facilities as well as CARA's information resources
Women's Group
Every Thursday. 11.00am 3.00pm CARA Centre Cara Map Link
This user-led group is open to women living with or affected by HIV and offers:
- Individual support with staff and volunteers
- Lunch served at 1pm
- Various organised activities (Yoga, Pampering sessions, Belly-dancing, speakers etc)
- Computers and internet access
Senior Service Older People's Group
Twice monthly group operating at various times and locations.
This user-led group is open to older people (55+) living with HIV and offers:
- Individual support with staff and volunteers
- Social activities and organised trips (Brighton, Canterbury, British Museum etc.)
Gay Men's Group
2nd Tuesday evening of each month, 7pm - 9pm, from November 2007.
Group meets at St. James' Church, Piccadilly W1.
Subjects for discussion include: Healthy Living; Disclosure; Prosecutions; Positive Thoughts; Faith; Sex & Relationships.

3rd Monday evening each month, 7pm - 9pm, from July 2008.
Information and support group, meets at Riverhouse Centre, Hammersmith W6.
Speakers on subjects including: Exercise & Keeping Fit; Work Related Issues; Treatments Update.
